My Honours Thesis

This is a copy of my ‘Honours Thesis’, the longest essay that I wrote during my undergraduate degree. The paper has some pretty graphics and cites some interesting research on the political feasibility of carbon taxes. While writing it, I learned about tools for analyzing the politics of policy instrument choice, and more than any of the specific conclusions about the subject of carbon taxes that I draw in the report, for me this is what is of lasting import.
