Apple Good, Fido Bad
Wrote a letter to Apple and they’ve agreed to replace my iPod for free with a new iPod nano. They’re in my good books again (and hopefully this won’t break like the last three did – for no fault of my own). Gen made fun of me for my persistent problems with technology.
Fido, on the other hand, has difficult technical support. Long hold times. And it’s all based on increasing sales as opposed to customer satisfaction. Thumbs-down! (:
