How to more effectively use MS Word’s ‘Convert Text to Table’ function

Use the following find-and-replace regex to deal with country names and make them into one column so that I don't have to manually fiddle around with country names with spaces in them.  Assumes that all of the data points and category names are strictly numeric or use a "." if they are null.

Find: "( )([!0-9.])"
Replace: "ARESTRA\2"
